A Busy October!

We had lots of fun in October!  From playing with their friends and riding bikes, to trick or treating and seeing new and exciting things, Aaron and Joey's October was chock full of activity.

We attended a Torah workshop for the kids during which they did a bunch of arts and crafts projects.  Then we rushed off to meet Fern, David and Michael at OMSI to see Sue, the Tyrannosaurus Rex skeleton.

Later in the month, Liz Sher invited us to visit her horse, Blue Bayou.  The kids enjoyed brushing and feeding her horse and played with the many other animals at the stable as well.

We capped off the month with traditional Halloween activities.  We visited our former neighbors in the Jackson School neighborhood and then did the rounds in our corner of the new Peterkort neighborhood.  There was a vastly reduced number of people out and about compared to previous years.  It seems that security concerns have put a damper on many facets of life in the free world.
