We had a little birthday party for Aaron at home in early December and then Andrew and Erica came to visit. We took them on the obligatory trip to Multnomah Falls and had dinner at the Outback.

Jun, Sophia and Jarod came over for the first night of Chanukah. Michael made potato Latkes and Rice-A-Roni. Erica, watching the rice preparation wondered if Michael had any clue how to actually make rice. But that's just the way you make Rice-A-Roni.

Later we took Erica to see snow at Mount Hood SkiBowl.

Aaron and Joey took part in their Day care's annual holiday show.

But the biggest news was Sandy and David (Grandpa and Grandma to Aaron and Joey) retiring and moving away from our long time home in Rockland County to a new place in Pennsylvania! They're temporarily renting a home right next to the lot on which their new house is being finished. Hoepfully, their new abode will be complete before the end of January. CONGRATULATIONS MOM AND DAD!
