The War A book by Joey Didner
Hanging in Hawaii (14MB video of the boys)
David, Sandy, Jon, Ron and Jaeme visited for the Seders.
Then a week in Hawaii to attend Steve and Miyuki Hsieh's wedding. Aaron and Joey manned the cameras much of the time and you can see some samples in the above pictures. While there, we visited the beach, of course, and the Arizona Memorial as well as the USS Missouri. One of the pictures above is the spot where WWII ended on the 'Surrender Deck.' We also traveled in the worlds largest passenger submarine. You can see the shark we photographed during the dive.
Yom Ha'atzmaot (Israel's Independence Day) saw us celebrating at the MJCC where Aaron danced and sang with his class following which Joey and Pam joined him for some arts and crafts.
Next, we did some hiking here in Oregon and then the boys earned their Yellow belts.
On father's day, we went to the local Commonwealth Lake and had a picnic and then topped the day off with dinner at one of our usual spots, Red Robins.
Aaron and Joey's completed their first year at PJA and are looking for a summer visit to Grandpa and Grandma.
